RETURNS
You have a period of fourteen days after receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To make a return, please contact us at info@moricicollection.com providing your order details. All items must be returned in their original packaging with a label, in perfect condition and unused.
Please note that the return shipping costs of a return are at your charge.
DAMAGED ITEM
We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your product in good conditions.
If the external package is damaged at the delivery, please do not accept it and return to the courier.
If unpacking the item inside is damaged, please inform us at info@moricicollection.com and we will give you instructions for the return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.
Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process the refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
